Detailed write up on procedure for filing a complaint:

Complaints arising out of issues that are covered under SEBI Act,
Securities Contract Regulation Act, Depositories Act and rules and
regulation made there under and provisions that are covered under
section 24 of Companies Act, 2013 will only be considered
